Shipping

• Most orders placed before 3:00 pm central daylight time are shipped out the same-day.  If you order is placed after 3:00pm central daylight time, it will be shipped out the next business day, as UPS has already ran the daily pickup from our facility. We have most all MICR toners in stock. Your delivery time will depend upon your shipping preference, default is FREE UPS Ground. Overnight shipping is available during checkout, and the cost will be calculated in your shopping cart. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent out to you providing a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our facility.
  
  
• The HP MICR Cartridge Website and US retail business outlets are operated within the continental USA, and we ship to USA only. We do not ship or bill to other international/overseas countries.
  
  
• HP MICR Cartridge delivers to street addresses and or P.O. Boxes (or APO/FPO) in the continental USA only.
  
  
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
  
  
• FREE SHIPPING on all MICR cartridges via UPS ground. Other shipping options available during checkout.

Returns

• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation to any of our stores; for delivery orders, call (1-800-260-9809).
  
  
• After 30 days from purchase, the product may only be exchanged for store credit or cartridge replacement. All remanufactured and brand compatible products are guaranteed from defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a must not be empty. There are no exchanges or refunds on empty cartridges. If you have received the wrong product, ordered the incorrect product, or if you have any questions, e-mail us at: orders@hpmicrcartridge.com and a customer service representative will reply within one business day.
